Midland Consult (Hong Kong) Limited  is a subsidiary and forms a part of Midland Group of companies that specializes in the incorporation and management of companies including the provision secretarial services and nominee services, such as Nominee Shareholders, Company Secretary, Directors, asset protection as well as the provision of legal, accounting services, tax planning services and assist in liaison with the Auditors to complete audit work. Its clientele base consists of trading companies, holding companies, banks, investment funds and insurance companies as well as high net worth individuals.

One of the first companies of Midland  Group was found in 1996 in the Republic of Panama as an independent and highly professional provider of incorporation, administration, fiduciary and offshore services.

Since that time Midland Group of Companies  operates from fully-fledged offices in Hong Kong, Nicosia, Panama, Riga, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kiev. The company employs more than 30 skilled professionals with experience in corporate law, auditing, accounting, taxation, banking and money laundering compliance.

Midland Group of Companies  staff are often invited as speakers to international conferences and workshops, on their respective specialist topics including tax planning, asset protection and EU banking administration and compliance.

Midland Consult (Hong Kong) Limited was set up in 2009. Our staffs are vast experience in Hong Kong companies incorporation and management, working in different leading professional firms before joining our Hong Kong office.

The Hong Kong  office of Midland Consult (Hong Kong) Limited  is conveniently located in the very heart of Central District of Hong Kong island on the historic Duddell  street known for its gas lamps build on 1875  that are still working today.

Through the Hong Kong office Midland Group of Companies plan to expand its activity in Asian region, to bring the European business closer to Asian states and to promote Asian professional services.
